Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds are available for Huminizer credit purchases. Please read it before purchasing credits.

1. Overview of Credit Packs

Huminizer sells credit packs (one-time purchases). Credits are consumed when a humanization request completes successfully. Credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase if unused.

2. Refunds for Unused Credit Packs

If you purchase a credit pack and have not consumed any credits from it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, email [Operator: insert support@yourdomain] with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The approximate date of purchase.
  • The credit pack size or product description.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Partially-Used Credit Packs

If you have consumed some but not all of the credits in a pack, the unconsumed portion may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of the original purchase, subject to our review. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

4. No Refunds Based on Detector Outcomes

Huminizer makes no guarantees about specific outcomes from any AI text detector or similar automated analysis tool. Refunds are not issued on the basis that:

  • Humanized output was flagged by a specific detector.
  • A score did not meet a particular threshold.
  • Output was reviewed by an institution and found unsatisfactory for any reason.

The Service is a writing tool. You remain responsible for evaluating whether the output meets your needs before using it.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. In particular:

  • European Union: You may have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from digital purchases under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, to the extent the digital content has not yet been partially consumed.
  • United Kingdom: Similar rights apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Canada: Your provincial consumer protection legislation may provide additional rights.
  • Other jurisdictions: If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants refund rights that exceed those stated in this policy, those rights apply.

If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund not covered by the terms above, please contact us and we will assess your request.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we aim to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

7. Goodwill Credits

In cases where a refund is not warranted under this policy but we agree the user experience fell short of expectations, we may issue goodwill credits at our sole discretion. Goodwill credits have the same value as purchased credits but are not redeemable for cash.
